I called the company to inquire about a book I ordered. When the person answered the phone he was very pleasant and answered all my questions. What a pleasure to deal with a company that actually has people that are so willing to help. The person I spoke to said his name was Mike. After I got off the phone I ordered 3 more books and will visit the web page on a regular bases.
